Very Good

The hotel is very big and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and we had a fantastic night view.

Sadly the car parking isnt included in the price. We were quite shocked when we found out, that there is no coin laundry etc in the building. The next is a few blocks away, just like the closest more affordable restaurants.

Will definitely come again!

the room size is huge, theres a shuttle bus to sapporo station. making our transport more convenient especially during winter with heavy snow. price is reasonable and definitely will stay again. theres a beautiful nakajima park near the hotel, can take VERY nice photos there as well.

the hotel is a bit far during winter period. however its still doable.

Beautiful view from a large and comfortable room centrally located just a couple minutes walk from Susukino!

Rooms are a little dated but still comfortable.

room is big compared with normal size room in Japan. The breakfast is good. The location is close to subway. the hotel also provides shuttle to Sapporo station.

Smooth check-in. English speaking front desk ladies make the transaction clear and fast. Place not far from the bus stop from or to the airport. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Room were spacious. Love it????

Great Hotel experience! Super value for money. Definitely will use again.

The breakfast buffet was a must!! Ask for the higher floors of your can as they can have good view of the city.

Slightly further away if you want to go to popular sightseeing spots. But you can walk if you are fit & healthy and willing.

Quieter area of Sapporo. Few min walk from the subway but not centrally located. We chose it primarily for the proximity to Nippon rent a car and didn't mind the further location since we only spent two days in Sapporo.

Room was on the smaller side for a family of four.

The location is actually quite good, right next to a Lawson and Seicomart for any late night snacks or drinks. The station is a 5 min walk and many restaurants and food spots are anywhere from 10 - 20 mins walk away.

Does not have laundry facilities. We had two rooms, both rooms did not have working air conditioning, not sure if they were turned off intentionally but yeah.

Overall great stay

Although not very near the train station, it's within the susukino entertainment district which has many restaurants etc. The sleepwear provided was very comfortable too. There's also a shuttle bus to Sapporo station at almost every daylight hour.

If only the shuttle bus runs till late and that the hotel has coin laundry

Comfortable stay at a good location.

It was a comfortable room and near a subway station. They also have a shuttle bus with certain timings to Sapporo JR station. Rooms were very clean and sufficient spae for 2 people.

The availability could be more publicised to the guests.
